What It’s All About

So now is the time to decide what I want to blog about, and where I want to go. So far, I’ve managed to narrow it down to a simple ‘music blog’. But, to be honest, that’s already 90% of what I do already. Most of my social media is dedicated to music, and the musicians I like. Fun, relevant — but it gets a little bit stale after a while.

So rather than dedicating yet another blog to the musicians I like, I’ve decided to dedicate this blog to, what should be, the number one musician in my life — myself (vain, I know) — or rather the musician I want to be. Through this blog, and what I learn throughout the course, I want to answer the age old question that has haunted me throughout every first class, every job interview, and every time I meet a new person; the “who am I?”, or at least who I want my musical persona to be. From my musical style, to the look and attitude, to how I sold my soul to the devil at the crossroads in order to be able to play guitar well.

If I can’t use the internet to make everything about me, then what can I use?
